Delivery costs are fixed regardless of how many products are ordered.
£2.99 for accessories only orders and £7.50 for all other orders.
Delivery Period
We normally have all items shown availble ex-stock unless otherwise stated. The despatch and shipping process usually takes between 3 to 5 working days. Where items go out of stock or the delivery is delayed for other reasons we will, wherever possible, inform you of the delay so we can follow your instructions.
About Domotec Guarantees
All out products are covered by a the Domotec one year warranty.
Our one year warranty covers not only the cost of the materials and labour for any repairs necessary but also includes the shipping of your product to the Domotec service centre and returning the repaired item to you when the work has been completed and the appliance tested. The guarantee is valid in the UK only
There are a number of companies supplying Simac and Roomba products to the UK from other EU countries and from the USA. Whilst these products may be described by their suppliers as fully guaranteed for use in the UK, this in not the case, and Domotec will not repair these products under guarantee. Remember delivery costs could well be substantial for items that are heavy and require the careful handling necessary to ensure that products are not damaged in transit.
For the Roomba due to ROHS directive which restricts the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, and other electrical appliance issues, no Roomba which has been sourced from the USA can be serviced or repaired by Domotec, and the import of models not compliant with these directives such as models for the US market is now prohibited.

Guarantee and after sales Service
If your machine needs a service or repair, whether in or outside warranty,you can submit your repair/service request direct to Domotec by phoning 01249 813835.
Domotec will telephone you to arrange collection of the machine. Usually the machine can be collected within 24 hours provided it is packed in a suitable condition for transport.
The machine should be packed properly. We willl not be liable for any damage due to insufficient packaging. There will be a charge for transport if out of warranty. Alternatively, we can send a pre-paid postage label, which enables you to take the machine to a local post office at your own convenience.
Charges will apply for all out of warranty work. Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided the fault is not due to customer use which is outside the restrictions in the instruction manual, or other misuse,or due to limescale build up at Domotec's option.
